One of the very first things that you will learn in Drivers Ed is the rule that every driver needs car insurance. And as this getting auto insurance is a mandatory law, there are a lot of consequences that you may face once arrested for not being insured. For one, you can face large fines for not complying depending of course, on which state you are in.

Aside from these fines, you can also get other legal penalties for not getting, even a really cheap auto insurance for you and your vehicle. Your license and/or registration can get suspended and your uninsured car can get impounded. In some states, you can also get some jail time by being uninsured, mostly because youre putting yourself and other people in harm.

Now, with all of these grave consequences, really, why wouldnt you think about getting a policy? Finding a good and cheap auto insurance policy is extremely very easy already, as most of insurance providing companies can now be found online. So, why bother paying for fines and getting yourself in a legal mess when you can easily avoid it by calling a good car insurance company and purchasing a plan, right?
